Megha Khanna, from AWS, explains where generative AI moved between 2023 and 2024, how KITABOO went from experimenting with models to running K.AI on Amazon Bedrock, and what Bedrock does with customer data: it isn’t stored, isn’t used for training, stays in the chosen region and is encrypted at rest and in transit.
